SHIPPING POLICY We ship direct to you! All of our products are in stock in our warehouse. We ship anywhere in the Continental US. We ship via UPS. We sometimes use US Mail or other ways of shipping. You may choose UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2ND Day Air or 3rd Day Air (please phone your order in for special shipping instructions.) Most orders are shipped same day if the order is placed by 10:00 AM EST. Spa Pack orders may take an extra day due to customizing. Occasionally there may be a delay in shipping your order due to reasons out of our control. We will contact you immediately via Email or phone to let you know the reason for the delay.
