If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within ten days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type as long as the product has not been damaged and is in resellable condition. Refunds for items returned more than ten days after the purchase date will be charged a restock fee of  30% as long as the product is undamaged and in resellable conditon. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please call 727-944-5525 for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, put a note in the box explaining the reason for the return. Merchandise should be packaged properly so that it will not be damaged during return shipping. Mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
